I have noticed in the EU timezones there isn't much staff on (if any at all). I have moderated MANY servers all around Garry's Mod since 2013. So I am very experienced in how server administration works and how to handle this one too. I also feel I could invest alot of my time into helping people on the server as well as playing legally, which I would be happy to do. The reason I would like to be part of the staff team first starting with whenever I'm on I usually see that not many staff members are on at the same time and always having extra staff members help out the community. Also, so far I love the community, I may be late on joining the forums but with the in-game community I love the interactions and that everyone helps each other if someone has a question. Having that love for the sense of the community and the people that are part of the community always has people drive to continue helping the community which is why I would like to be a staff member. Not only would I be able to get the cheaters out of the server to make sure people can play the way they are supposed to, but I'll also be there for people if not relating to the community such as any IRL problems I'm easily approachable and I'm defiantly not afraid to help people out in any way. So I naturally want to be staff and help out on the server with others. I also think I'd fit in with the people there and work well with others too.There isn't many more reasons on why I'd like to join other than those I gave, but in my honest opinion I think I also want to join to challenge myself to be a better person in game and in real life, with the challenges that come with being staff and to test myself. I also have awesome experience with moderating servers and dealing with other players. [/size][/color] [*][color=#3498db][size=150] Reason you think you should become staff: [/size][/color][color=#c0392b][size=150]Starting off with my experience, I have a lot of experience in Administration not only with the lower ranks and being general staff but also management. I have 700+ hours on Garry's Mod and I've been a staff member for almost all my hours in a server or two. I love growing through the ranks, seeing people stick around in the server and I just love helping communities out with an extra hand in staffing as it's my favorite thing to do in Garry's Mod. Whenever I apply for staff on a server that means I plan on sticking around on the server and being part of the community for a very long time. I'm really wanting to stick on this server and help out in every way. I have many traits that I think would make me a good addition for the staff team, maturity, respect, non-bias, etc... having just those three traits I listed are very important for a successful staff member as being mature is a big factor and making people understand that a staff member doesn't mess around whenever it comes around to enforcing the rules.
